For instructions on how to make modifications on the WebFOMS screens, refer to the Modify and View Aircraft Characteristics article. It uses the Aircraft Characteristics as an example; however, can be applied to all WebFOMS screens.
Screen
Screen is the default view when you first enter a WebFOMS screen. When Screen is selected, you can view all records that exist in the system. Select the arrow in the first field of the WebFOMS screen to access the dropdown menu to view the list of available records. Only items that exist in the database are shown in the dropdown list.
Note: The only options for Screen Mode loaded in the database are available in the Notam Type dropdown menu.
This program allows you to add, edit, delete, or view company NOTAMs. Select the function you wish from the command line by entering the appropriate initial letter.
Refer to the FOMS 466 (Company NOTAMs Program) article for an overview of the Company NOTAMS menu.
Rename A Company NOTAM
Note: Rename is available from the WebFOMS screen only.
To rename a Company NOTAM:
Select a Notam Type.
Click Rename. Once you have clicked it, the Notam Number field becomes editable.
Enter a unique Notam Number. You will receive an error if you enter a number that already exists.

The following descriptions represent the typical access and privileges given to users designated as Dispatch Managers/Supervisors. Users with dispatcher privileges will have limited access to a subset of the screens presented.
For an overview of the WebFOMS features, refer to the Aircraft Characteristics screen. The features described can be applied to all screens.
