Screen
Screen is the default view when you first go to a WebFOMS screen. When Screen is selected you can view all records that exist in the system. Select the arrow in the first field of the WebFOMS screen to access the drop-down menu to view the list of available records. Note: Only items that exist in the database are shown in the drop-down list.
Use this screen to save FIRs (Enroute Areas) against a specified origin and destination. Even when the route does not fly through this FIR, the additional area or areas will be included in the Weather and NOTAM package. Since METARs and TAFs are not issued for FIRs, this database is primarily used for the inclusion of additional NOTAM areas.
Note: The record can be made more specific by saving an optional Route Number.
This database does not provide additional stations to the Weather and NOTAM package, use the City-Pair Enroute Stations screen for that function.
Note: The following descriptions represent the typical access and privileges afforded to users designated as Dispatch Managers/Supervisors. Users with dispatcher privileges will have limited access to a subset of the screens presented.
