Once the flight plan has been computed, you have the option of sending the entire flight package or one of its components.
Send Flight Package Ordering with EFF Integration - New packages will not be sent before previous packages that are still processing or pending. When the first Send Flight Package starts processing, the Send Flight Package icon is shown with a timestamp and compute revision. When the package is processed and sent out, a green checkmark is displays beside the package.
To send the entire flight package:
Create a flight plan as outlined in Creating a Flight Plan or Creating a Reclear Flight Plan articles.
From the Reports screen, select the Send Flight Package button. The Send Flight Package dialog opens.
Enter the desired recipients and details on when to send the flight package.
Choose whether to include all weather and NOTAMs or just the weather and NOTAMs that were updated since the previous transmission (if already sent before).
Click the Send button or click the Cancel button to quit without sending.
To send a component of the flight package:
Create a flight plan as outlined in Creating a Flight Plan or Creating a Reclear Flight Plan articles.
From the Reports screen, select the dropdown arrow on the right side of the Send Flight Package button.
Select the desired component to send.
The Send Flight Plan/Weather/NOTAMs dialog opens.
Enter the desired recipients and details on when to send the flight package component.
Choose whether to include all weather and NOTAMs or just the weather and NOTAMs that were updated since the previous transmission (if already sent before).
Click the Send button or click the Cancel button to quit without sending.
