Query, Edit, and Export Permits
This topic will show you how to look for permits in the system. You will also see how to edit and export a list of permits in the system.

Detailed Explanation
Click the Maintenance menu item.
Click the Permit List tab.
Click the Permit input field.
Enter 123 into the Permit field.
Click the Query button.
Click the BAHAMAS list item.
Click the Expand button.
Click the Aircraft input field.
Enter 083 into the Aircraft field.
Click the Save image.
Messages about the permit are displayed in the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
Click the Query button.
Use this screen to search for permits. Enter as many values in the fields to narrow down your search. Click the Query button with all fields empty to return all permits in the system.
Click the Export options arrow button.
Fixed width format: Exports the list of permits in a .txt file format.
Comma separated values: Exports the list of permits in a .cvs file format.
How the file format is downloaded depends on your computer's defaults and the browser you are using.
