The Flight Groups feature is used to filter the flight list so individual Dispatchers only see the flights that they are responsible for. Dispatchers also have the option to see flights for another desk, if required. The purpose of this program is to allow the user to create and manage flight groups.
Normally, the Dispatch Manager will assign flights to their individual Dispatchers based on their operations (domestic vs. international). Refer to the Add a Flight Group article for instructions.
