Refer to: FIR Warnings Fields for a description of the fields used.
Add Mode
Enter the FIR Identifier (and Sub Code, ATC Airline Code, Aircraft FIN and Type of Service, if applicable).
Types of Warnings
Edit Mode
Enter the FIR Identifier (and Sub Code, ATC Airline Code, Aircraft FIN and Type of Service, if applicable) for FIR warning that you want to edit. If the record is on file, it will be displayed, with the cursor positioned on the Warning Option field. Move the cursor to the field you want to edit, either by pressing <Enter>, or the down arrow key.
When you have completed your changes, you may use <Ctrl>-E to escape to a confirmation prompt.
Delete Mode
Enter the FIR Identifier (and Sub Code, ATC Airline Code, Aircraft FIN and Type of Service, if applicable) for FIR warning that you want to delete. If the record is on file it will be displayed with a Really DELETE? (Y/N) prompt, otherwise a Record Not Found error message will be displayed. You may choose to delete the record (enter Y), to select an alternate record (enter <N> and the screen will be cleared ready for a new warning), or to quit Delete mode without changing anything by entering <Q>.
Video Mode
Enter the FIR Identifier (and Sub Code, ATC Airline Code, Aircraft FIN and Type of Service, if applicable) for FIR warning that you want to view. The program will retrieve the record, and display the information on screen. You may then use the up and down arrow keys to view the next FIR warning record on file.
Pressing <Enter> will return you to a blank screen and allow you to enter another FIR Identifier.
Screen Mode
This mode will allow you to review several FIR warning records at once. When this mode is selected from the Command Line, the screen will change to a Report Selector.
Enter the range of FIRs that you want to view warnings on. Pressing <Enter> twice, this will cause the entire range of FIRs to be reported.
Hardcopy Mode
The Hardcopy mode works exactly like Screen mode, with the exception that the output is directed to the printer, rather than the screen.
Quit Mode
Entering <Q> from the Command Line will return the Next PROGRAM-NUMBER prompt so that you have the option of going directly to your next program if you know the menu number, or of returning to the previous menu if you simply press <Enter>.
