The Fuel Distribution Utility program allows operators to create information and instructions that can be included in the flight plan about the fuel capacity and appropriate fueling practices for an aircraft type/series/engine combination, or a specific fin. There are two sections:
The left table contains the names of the different fuel tanks of the aircraft and their capacities.
The right table specifies fuel loading information.

You begin by specifying either the FIN # or ALC/Type/Series/Engine combination. If you type in a FIN #, the ALC, Type, Series, and Engine fields are automatically filled in. The ALC, Series, and Engine fields are optional if entering the Type. The filling in of these fields creates the key for the entry.
Fields to be filled in are:
Fuel Loading
This table allows you to specify the order in which tanks are filled depending on the total fuel quantity. Steps are auto-numbered in the order entered. Fields are:
Note 1: N-Flight Planning does not validate that the tank capacities are not exceeded. It is the operator’s responsibility to fill in the Fuel Loading table correctly.
Note 2: Similar to Note 1, the system does not enforce that a tank must be full before adding a step to add fuel to a different tank. In this way, you could create a step to partially fill a tank before starting to fill another one For example, Fill Right Wing tank to 50% capacity, then Left Wing tank to 50% capacity, then back to Right Wing tank for the remainder, etc.
Edit
Edit allows you to modify all values except key values: FIN #, ALC, Type, Series, Engine.
Delete
Delete allows you to delete entries that are no longer necessary.
Video
Video allows you to view all entries.
