Missing Permit Reports for All Flights
You can create a list of missing permits that is computed from all flights in the schedule file within a date/time range. The N-Flight Planning system computes all the flights, using saved routes or new ones generated, as a background process. The report is generated and is automatically sent, in one of four formats that you can select to a specified email address that you can enter.
To begin the report you must enter an email address and time range and select either or both Expand MTTAs and Check All Saved Routes checkboxes.
Expand MTTAs: check this box to generate new routes while generating the report
Check All Saved Routes: check this box to use all the saved routes for a flight while generating the report
Output Format: select one of the four output formats
Send Report To: users must enter an email address to send the report to
- Results are always sent to the user's address and are not displayed on the interface.
- The report runs in the background and can take some time to complete before it is sent to the address entered - once started, you will get a warning indicating that the report may take some time.
- You cannot run multiple reports at the same time - an error will be generated if a user attempts to run multiple reports or start a report without the required fields completed.
- Click on the warning or error icon in the status bar to view messages as shown below.
Click the Missing Permits Only list item.
Click the ETD From Calendar button.
You must at least enter a start and end range using the STD From and To fields or the ETD From and To Fields to perform a query. You will receive an error message if you don't.
Along with a start and end range you can use the other fields to narrow down your query.
You can also send a permit report to an email address. Instructions will be shown later in this topic.
Click the 12 cell.
Click the ETD To Calendar button.
