WebFOMS Group Alias Database

This program is used to maintain the alias database. Aliases can be used for all types of addresses, including email. The address alias program will permit you to update information that is on file for each alias in the data file.

For an overview of the WebFOMS features, refer to the Aircraft Characteristics Layout Overview article. The features described there can be applied to all screens.

Edit

For instructions on how to make modifications on the WebFOMS screens, refer to the Modify / View Aircraft Characteristics article. It uses the Aircraft Characteristics as an example, but can be applied to all WebFOMS screens.

Screen

Screen is the default view when you first go to a WebFOMS screen. When Screen is selected, you can view all records that exist in the system.  Select the arrow in the first field of the WebFOMS screen to access the dropdown menu to view the list of available records. Only items that exist in the database are shown in the dropdown list.

Addresses

Integration

This option allows NFP customers with a specified “Public” integration within their main parameter file to send information to this integration (PDF, XML, etc).

The “IN” type will not be visible nor available if the main parameter file does not contain a “Public” integration parameter.

Msys Queue

An asynchronous message passing service used by NFP.  The queue is just a bucket where messages get sent to be processed. In this case, an alias is being created for one of these buckets.

Updated

The date is automatically filled in for you as MMDDYY format.

Note: The following descriptions represent the typical access and privileges given to users designated as Dispatch Managers/Supervisors. Users with dispatcher privileges have limited access to a subset of the screens presented.
