A - Record Types
B - Default Fields
To call up a record for editing:
- Enter the Template type (mandatory) and any other record type (optional). Note: Exact matches must be made to retrieve records.
- Once the record has been retrieved, you may step to the field requiring amendment with the up or down arrow keys. To clear it, use <Ctrl>-X or backspace, and then enter the new information.
- When you have made all the changes you want, enter <Ctrl>-E to escape to the confirmation prompt on the Command Line.
Note: You cannot edit Record Types (A on image at top of page) once a Template is created, either Default or Selectable. Only Default Fields (B) can be edited.
Example: Default Template.

This template has only one Record Type, FltNum 1234. The default fields will populate the compute fields with the values shown for any flight with a 1234 flight number. You cannot edit this template to include anymore Record Types, however, if you want to edit this template to include FltNum 1234 and a Date Range you would have to create a new template and include the FltNum and Date Range (or any other Record Type). Then, you could keep the existing template or delete it.
Note: When a flight is added it is possible that there will be multiple matches from default templates. Refer to: Flight Mode for more information.
