Missing Permit Reports for All Flights

You can create a list of missing permits that is computed from all flights in the schedule file within a date/time range. The N-Flight Planning system computes all the flights, using saved routes or new ones generated, as a background process. The report is generated and is automatically sent, in one of four formats that you can select to a specified email address that you can enter.

To begin the report you must enter an email address and  time range and select either or both Expand MTTAs and Check All Saved  Routes checkboxes.

Expand MTTAs:  check this box to generate new routes while generating the report

Check All Saved  Routes: check this box to use all the saved routes for a flight  while generating the report

Output Format:  select one of the four output formats

Send Report To:  users must enter an email address to send the report to

Results are always sent to the user's address and are not displayed on the interface.

The report  runs in the background and can take some time to complete before it is  sent to the address entered - once started, you will get a warning indicating  that the report may take some time.

You cannot run multiple reports at the same time - an error will be generated if  a user attempts to run multiple reports or start a report without the  required fields completed.
