1 Introduction
Query, Edit and Export Permits
This topic will show you how to look for permits in the system. You will also see how to edit and export a list of permits in the system.

2 Detailed Explanation
Click
the Maintenance menu
item.
Click
the Permit List tab.
Click
the Permit input
field.
Enter 123 into
the Permit field.
Click
the Query button.
Click
the BAHAMAS list
item.
Click
the Expand button.
Click
the Aircraft input
field.
Enter 083 into
the Aircraft field.
Click
the Save image.
Messages about the permit are displayed in the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
Click
the Query button.
Use this screen to search for permits. Enter as many values in the fields to narrow down your search. Click the Query button with all fields empty to return all permits in the system.
Click
the Export options arrow button.
Fixed width format: Exports the list of permits in a .txt file format.
Comma separated values: Exports the list of permits in a .cvs file format.
How the file format is downloaded depends on your computer's defaults and the browser you are using.
Query Group
The fields in the Query group in the Permit List tab are described below.
Query By: Use this list to select how to query, either by permit or by template.
Flight ALC: The flight ALC is used when the customer is planning flights for a number of child airlines. NOTE: For customers with a single airline this field will be greyed out.
ATC ALC: By default, this field is populated with the ALC used to log in to the current NFP session. Enter the desired ATC ALC if it different than the default. Leave this field blank to query all ATC ALCs in the system.
Country: This drop-down list allows you to select the desired country to query for warnings. Leave this list blank to query for all countries in the list.
Permit: Enter a permit number here to query for a particular permit.
Overflight: Select this checkbox to include overflight permits in the query.
Landing: Select this checkbox to include landing permits in the query.
Valid From/To: Use these fields to select a range of valid dates to query by.
Origin: Use this field to include permits in the query that are specific to the origin airport.
Destination: Use this field to include permits in the query that are specific to the destination airport.
Route: Use this field to include permits in the query that are specific to the route number.
Flight: Use this field to include permits in the query that are specific to the flight number.
Trip: Use this field to include permits in the query that are specific to the trip number.
Remarks: Use this field to include permits in the query that are specific to the permit remarks.
Query: Pressing this button initiates the Country Warnings query based on the entries in the ATC ALC and Country fields.
Clear: Clicking this button clears all the fields in the query group except the ATC ALC field.
